I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and big, very clean, and the breakfast was great. However, there were concerns about bed bugs and the poor customer service when the issue was raised, especially considering the price.

The suite-style room I stayed in was spacious with good amenities, but I found some unexpected items like beer cans under the couch. The service was mostly great, but I did notice that some staff seemed untrained. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay with minor issues.
